Teacher
Terry took her first Reiki class in early July 2018. Through daily self-practice and practicing with others, she received the benefits of Reiki and chose to complete the Level 2 class in late July 2018. In May 2019 Terry completed her Master class, and with the help of Reiki, she eased through many changes in her life, including leaving her position as Director of Human Resources for 25 years. She enjoys teaching; having done so for the many years in her previous job. She is now in the mentor program with MdCRT, teaching with ease and joy.
In 2019 Terry completed Animal Reiki Teacher training with Kathleen Prasad and received her certification as a Medical Reiki Master with the Gold Standards and Practices of Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International. Terry is available to provide Reiki in the pre-op and post-op, providing a smoother experience for patient and family.
She currently volunteers as a tutor teaching English As A Second Language. In addition, she has completed End of Life Doula training and volunteers with both Hospice and Memory Care organizations.
Terry believes in the healing power of Reiki, whether it is shared in person or at a distance.
